WATER PARKS
The main objective of a waterpark is to offer visitors an experience as fun and safe as possible, in order to ensure proftis in the short and long term. ACTION PARK offers its experience, capability and innovative vocation to ensure this balance from the project's first stages.
The creation of a waterpark normally kicks off with a site described in the form of a topographic location plan. Based on a questionnaire filled out by the customer, the Sales Department calculates the park’s capacity and the feasible investment, so that the Design Department can outline the space allocation, select the games and attractions and all other additional services required for the park’s operation.
At the same time, detailed installation and operation costs are calculated in order to form a Feasibility Study. Based on this document, the customer can study financing options and plan the project’s realisation.
Once the project’s execution is contracted, the Technical Department elaborates the drawings necessary for construction: civil work’s data, slide courses, structural loads, dimensioning of hydraulic and electric systems, etc.
This allows the customer to start construction works and ACTION PARK to start manufacturing all contracted elements, something we have been doing at our factory in Picassent for 20 years.
Once the materials have arrived on site and the local works are ready, we can install the equipment. ACTION PARK personnel stays on site during the time required to install slides and games, structures, hydraulic and electric equipment, as web as build the themeing elements included.
In the meantime, the personnel in charge of the park's future operation is being trained in Spanish parks, learning everyday procedures, getting ready to tackle the challenge of adapting the concept to their own project.
This is how ACTION PARK has contributed towards the realisation of over 80 waterparks in 25 countries, as detailed in our References section.
